I used to go here a lot in college in my early 20s after it reopened, and I recently returned. The space is great, the crowd is friendly, and the music is good. Weekdays are a bit quiet, but weekends get very crowded. If you don't smoke, it's best to avoid the patio since it gets packed and full of smoke.

This is the top gay-friendly nightclub in the South Bay, playing the best remixed dance, pop, electronic, and circuit tracks along with funky, disco, and Latin house music. They have two dance floors, two DJs, an outdoor patio with a balcony view, and video screens throughout. Plus, it attracts the hottest party crowd in San Jose!

“Cool Location”
I stopped in because I kept hearing it was a cool spot. When I arrived, I found the people there to be friendly and welcoming. The music was okay, but being with friends makes anything enjoyable. The bartenders weren't as attractive as I'd heard, but they were friendly. I'd visit again next time I'm in San Jose.

I visited San Jose for the weekend and after checking the reviews, I decided to try Splash, and I was happy I did. The atmosphere was great, energetic and lively with a diverse and friendly crowd. There were two dance floors, a big one downstairs and a smaller one upstairs, and both DJs played good high-energy music so there was always something I wanted to dance to. Bar service was a bit slow, but the bartenders were nice and quick once they got to me. The place was packed, so they were busy all night, and the bar design made it hard for them to work efficiently, but they did their best. The whole venue was clean and well-maintained. When someone spilled a drink on the downstairs dance floor, the staff cleaned it up right away, which many places could learn from. It was as good as my favorite clubs back home in Sacramento, and I will return.
