The Manor Complex
Dancing · Cocktail Lounge · Wilton Manors, FL
About
It's the biggest gay bar in Wilton Manors, and it's a complex in every sense. The Manor Complex sprawls across multiple rooms, levels, and a balcony overlooking Wilton Drive. The dance floor stays packed, drag shows and comedy rotate through, and themed nights keep the energy shifting. Shirtless bartenders work the crowd, and the sound system handles everything from Latin to techno in different rooms. The vibe is lively but not overwhelming, with an upper balcony that offers a break and people-watching.
The crowd here is genuinely mixed: 20-somethings to retired couples, men and women, locals and travelers. Brunch draws a daytime crowd too, and the outdoor patio is dog friendly. It's adults only and men only after a certain hour, but the restaurant area keeps a more relaxed tone earlier. If you're rolling with a group, this place handles it well.
Located in Wilton Manors, this is the anchor venue along Wilton Drive's thriving gay nightlife strip.

“Brand new, ambitious & charming”
This is a big upscale project in the now thriving gay area along Wilton Drive. It has a coffee shop, club, bar, restaurant, banquet rooms, a stage, and even a pastry case. If you can overlook some early restaurant issues, I expect they will be resolved. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I think they have only been open a month. I have to compliment them on their dedication to this new gay hub. This was my first visit. What struck me most was how polite everyone was to each other. There was an odd mix of restaurant crowd mixing with the dance crowd, and earlier a lesbian comedian performed and there was some kind of meeting in the banquet hall, but it all worked. There were all ages from the youngest twinks to elderly gay couples, a couple of dogs at outdoor tables, men and women. The dance floor and sound system probably aren't for circuit parties, but more for friends to gather and enjoy. I'm sure the staffing issues will be fixed. Patience and smiles, ladies. The bartenders are the best looking in town, shirtless on the dance floor. If you want to eat and dance with friends without being mobbed so far, this is the place, a place where you can have a conversation. The upstairs balcony overlooking Wilton Drive was fabulous. The ocean breeze was amazing. I sincerely wish them the best of luck.

“Complex, to be sure”
The term 'Warehouse Disco' doesn't capture this giant building as well as 'Complex' does. It has multiple rooms, balconies, levels, and a huge dance floor, all used flexibly for different themes, like Latin in the side lounge while techno plays on the main floor. The upper balcony is great for watching people and traffic on Wilton Avenue while taking a break from the indoor action. Brunch is also popular here, as the columns and decorations look just as good in daylight as when lit with colored lights and fog. This is by far the largest gay bar in Wilton Manors, and it will likely stay that way and remain one of the most modern for a while, since its large scale is hard to replicate. Coming here alone can be overwhelming at times, but it's perfect if you have a group of rowdy friends who want to hit the dance floor after a few mojitos.

“Big & Fun Place To Dance!”
It says it's modeled after a famous LA venue but it's better without all the celebrity nonsense and fakeness. I enjoy it on weekends when the club is open; they host amazing events.

“Fun times at the Manor!”
Great place. Drinks are pricey but entry was free. The music was wonderful and the mix of guys made for a fun night. Definitely a must-see when you're in town!

“el dueño oh parner de manors es un rasista con los gays punto,,,,”
About two weeks ago I was working with them on their banquets inside the complex that now calls itself The Venue where they hold their events. They sent word through one of their employees that I shouldn't be so feminine, and they were very upset with me for acting that way. I don't understand why they treated me like that, but it offended me a lot. For a place that is 100% gay to discriminate against their own people like that, so take that into account before organizing an event or visiting that place that discriminates against the gay community. Sincerely, a victim of ignorance. Have a nice day.
