This isn't a gay bar. I saw other reviews complaining about bad service, but I didn't have trouble getting drinks from the bartender on the rooftop. It might be different in the lower bar areas. The rooftop is clothing optional but the few gay people I saw there didn't stay long. It's mostly a mix of straight couples and people who want to be seen as gay. It's a good spot if you're curious because you can see both men and women without clothes. But if you want to meet other naked gay men, this isn't the place.

This is not a gay bar. I expected nudity and would have joined in, but it was a huge letdown. Save your time and go somewhere else.

“ONLY IN KEY WEST....”
In the Key West tradition, this place is for everyone: gay, straight, fat, skinny, ugly, pretty, rich, poor. None of that matters. Nobody cares. It's truly free and that diverse. It's a must see as a purely Key West original experience. The rooftop bar has the best views in the city and the best Long Island iced teas, made by one of the bartenders. The vibe is relaxed and fun. There's no attitude and everyone is nonjudgmental. It's worth the trip just to say you've been. Unlike any other bar, unlike any other experience.
