“Gaybor City is the BOMB for Gay PRIDE 2015”
Kudos to the team in Ybor City for this year's Pride — it was incredibly grand and wonderfully gay, and we can't wait to see what's in store for 2016 Gaybor City Pride; we're back and ready to be even better and stronger in the years ahead, and all the gay bars in Ybor City are fantastic and supportive.

“Chic Club with Great Go-Go Guys”
G-Bar is a large club with three bars, two on each side of an exposed brick wall with arches, a small dance floor, and 14 video screens. Several VIP booths are on the right when looking in from the street. Disco balls and small red-lamped chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and there's a couch up front to rest your feet while people-watching. The thick pillars are covered in zebra print fabric. When I visited late on 2/22/15, the crowd was mixed, and I paid $5 for a rum and coke. The go-go dancers were attractive, either muscular or lean, and were polite and friendly. I would definitely go back.

“A place for younger, more alternative crowd”
The whole neighborhood felt that way. Nothing was wrong with it; it was very lively, but just not suitable for a conservative, preppy 44-year-old guy.
