In Charles Village, Baltimore Eagle is a multi-level leather bar that draws a diverse crowd of men on weekend nights. Drag shows, bear nights, and live entertainment fill the calendar, and there's an outdoor patio for warm weather.

The vibe is friendly and unpretentious despite the edgy name. Cover is $10 on some nights, and the drinks are strong. It's men-only and adults-only, so leave Mom at home.

“disappointed”

I’ve decided this is a bar I won’t revisit. The $10 cover charge seems unjustified, though the bar itself looks nice. When I tried to start a tab, they asked to hold both my debit card and identification. Beyond that, I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere—it just wasn’t my kind of crowd, which is disappointing because I normally like the Eagle.

Don't be misled by the name. This spot draws a very mixed group of men and offers variety on weekend nights. The atmosphere is friendly and down-to-earth, especially the bartenders. I found it during a weekend trip to Baltimore and returned every night. - not for your mother - lively crowd - excellent happy hour - loud - potent drinks
