About
Signature cocktails around $7 are made with hand-muddled fresh fruit, and the bartenders here learn your name if you show up more than twice. This two-room St. Paul bar serves what it calls the biggest drinks in town, with a main room for video and conversation, a back dancefloor, and a cabaret space hosting regular shows.
The crowd leans 75% men, mostly 30-somethings, with a mixed LGBTQ+ and straight clientele. Weekdays feel like a friendly neighborhood bar with happy hour specials, while weekends bring theatre and performance to the cabaret side. Free street parking is usually easy to find.

“Camp - the Gay bar - is Gone!”
Camp has been transformed into a bar with a Hunting Camp theme. The walls are covered with dead animals, and the use of plywood and galvanized steel roofing does nothing to improve the already poor ambiance. Don't waste your time!

“Best gay bar in the twin cities.”
If you want nightlife in the Twin Cities, Saint Paul doesn't have much, but Camp is the reason to go east of the river. Free street parking is easy to find most hours, and nearby ramps have affordable nighttime rates. Several bus routes also serve Camp. Open since 2007, the staff is courteous in a two-room layout with a small dancefloor in back and a main bar with screens showing videos that match the DJs' music. Cabaret-style theater shows happen regularly and are listed on their website.

“A bit of everything”
This is a friendly neighborhood bar during the week with daily happy hours and specials. The crowd tends to be in their 30s and 40s rather than 20s. Weekend evenings feature small plays or shows in half the bar, and they have moved away from regular dance music. Videos play in the main bar, but it's mostly a place to talk and socialize; it's as close to Cheers as you'll find. The bartenders make an effort to learn your name if you come in a few times.
