It was decent for a Sunday night or early Monday morning. Good music and a mixed crowd that wasn't too packed. I enjoyed myself and had no trouble parking.

“Very-Very Young”
And it's way overpriced, at least on a Saturday night. This is a bar for kids—no tables, nowhere to set your drink when dancing (if there's room). The drag show was terrible. Not my scene, but if you're straight and between 18-25, you might enjoy it.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are the busy nights here. If you like a younger crowd, this is the spot. If you want to avoid straight girls and gay drama, stay away. If you just want to dance and nothing else, definitely go. I come here to dance alone and unwind, and if I ignore people trying to hook up, they usually leave me alone. Buffalo isn't very cruisy anyway, so you'll be fine.

“Fun but dead”
Visited Marcella on a Sunday night with eight coworkers, and we practically doubled the crowd. The space is cute with modern lighting and white leather couches in a lounge area overlooking the dance floor and drag stage. Drinks were cheap but not great; we came for the famous drag, including the city's own Sabrina Williams, a drag queen who is African American and a little person. The show was typical for a small town, but the audience was odd: a bunch of young women (maybe lesbians) stood inches from the stage and stared blankly at each queen, showing no reaction to their performances. Memorable parts: Ms. Williams, the mouth-shaped urinals in the men's room, and the TVs showing a Joel Osteen sermon above the bar during the drag show.
