Over a year ago, I had a terrible experience with the staff here. The front desk workers are consistently rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They yell at customers, slam IDs and towels on the counter, and point fingers at members. In August of last year, I was in a room with someone when another guest recorded us illegally over the half-wall. The place doesn't even provide lube. Staff treat everyone like criminals, even before they enter. When I tipped them in June, they still treated everyone poorly. I complained to management but got no response. Instead, they banned me, even though I followed all the rules. I hope this review helps overturn the ban. Bring your own supplies—it's filthy.

I visited for the first time a few weeks ago and it was one of the best bathhouses I've been to. The staff were mostly lovely and helpful to a first-timer. The place was very clean. My only complaint is that on TM4M night, I had to put my phone in a lock box. I understand it's to protect transmen, but I feel having my phone accessible in case of emergency is more important. That aside, it was an amazing experience with hot guys of all types. I'll definitely return next time I'm in Chicago. 10/10 would recommend.

“Nasty Ugly Staff Members”
A very nice place to go, but the staff are absolutely the worst. It's a shame such a nice place employs people with such nasty attitudes. I'd rather not go than deal with them.

I had half a day to wait around in Chicago for a flight, so I decided to hang out here for a while. Even at an odd time (Monday early afternoon), there was quite a selection of men. The facility was quite large and had plenty of other amenities besides men. Successful visit, relaxing.

Every time I've gone I've hooked up with at least one guy. Two times stand out in my mind. First, years ago during gay pride festivities, I was in the sauna and an older guy came up and gave me a blow job. Afterwards in the shower he came up and kissed me and thanked me for letting him suck me off. The kiss got me rock hard again. The second time, also years ago, I walked by one of the play rooms and was invited in for some fucking and sucking. Needless to say it was a great time, and I kept going back as often as I could. Successful visit, cute guys, friendly staff, score, yaaas.
