About

Unlike smaller bathhouses, Entourage Vegas Spa and Health Club in Las Vegas offers more than 60 private rooms, an indoor pool, and a maze. It's the largest gay bathhouse in town, though some amenities like the steam room and pool may not always be available.

The vibe leans more toward swanky than skeevy, but note a mixed record on safety: recent reviews report theft and management disputes. Staff are friendly, but regulars advise keeping valuables locked in your car and paying cash. Two saunas and gloryholes are part of the layout, and adult toys are sold on site.

Entourage Vegas is located in the Commercial Center near Maryland Parkway and Sahara Avenue, a busy strip just east of the Las Vegas Strip.

I really like Entourage. It's not fancy or seedy, just a straightforward bathhouse, but it's the best in Vegas for finding action. There are always attractive men with good attitudes, and also some with bad attitudes. Some guys are conceited and not that good-looking, while others are stunning but don't realize it, which is my favorite. Facilities include gloryholes, private rooms, a playroom, and two saunas. There's no steam room, and the pool hasn't been usable for a while. Staff and patrons are consistently friendly. I always have a good time with plenty of fun people. As for the trans person who was upset about being denied entry: the world doesn't revolve around you, let the men enjoy themselves. Find your own space.

Over a year ago, my wallet was stolen at this place, and it's full of thieves, drugs, and filth. When I left a Google review about it, management didn't apologize but instead claimed I was connected to another negative review posted around the same time, then bullied me further. This makes me suspect staff involvement. Don't go unless you leave your belongings locked in your car and pay with cash; otherwise, you risk theft and management victimizing you for complaining. Check the other reviews and decide for yourself.

“LGB, but no T's allowed in this place !”

I came here with a male friend who was crossdressing as female. The staff refused us service because of transgender and crossdresser discrimination, which is disgraceful. The same thing happens at Hawks. Go to the Studios instead.

I was at this spa and after changing my towel for the second time (they allow up to three), the front desk worker made a nasty comment about it being against policy to have insurance. I called the manager the next day, and he confirmed there's no such rule; it was just that employee being difficult. Remember, this is a spa with pool, sauna, and jacuzzi—I don't want to walk around with a wet towel just because they don't want to do laundry.

“I went here in Jan. 2015....& a great time!!!!”

I had a great time at Entourage. It was my first time at a gay bathhouse, and now I'm addicted. I'll definitely return in March 2017.
