Visited on 7/19/25 for the cumunion event, and it did not let down. It's exactly what it claims: a space for gay men to be nude and engage sexually. I enjoyed the open play areas and bottomed for many men. I ended up getting a yearly membership and plan to return frequently.

This place is hard to review. It's a dive. Summer heat is almost unbearable due to lack of AC. The shower and steam room smell like they haven't been cleaned in ages. Oddly, the back bathroom has always seemed clean. Pros: Often a few hot, well-endowed guys. Diverse mix of ethnicities and ages. Occasionally hot military guys. Plenty of open play space so no need for a room. Public sling room and a room with a sling ramp. Cons: Filthy and rundown. Too many bunk rooms; a maze with glory holes would be better than old beds. Pushy older guys may require a firm no. Prices high for the condition and lack of amenities (no pool, hot tub, AC). Monopoly due to no other bathhouse in San Antonio or Austin lets them overcharge. No specialty rooms like private video or sling rooms. Staff can be grumpy and play bad music. Some online say it's not a bathhouse, but they state rules about no water sports, no scat, and no means no. I've had fun here since moving to SA and it beats having nothing, but in another city it wouldn't compete.

ACI is a favorite of mine mainly because it's the only option. It's a bit dirty and worn but it's still somewhere to go. It's mostly older men, but occasionally there's a hot or young guy, which is fun.
