The gym floor offers good workout options. It has an old school feel, and some equipment is outdated but still in decent shape. I got a few solid workouts in during my visit in October 2023. Guys of all ages come here, with plenty of eye candy and showoffs. I'll definitely return. The men's locker room is quite large, with a big steam room, group shower, sauna, and private shower area. It's easy to find some action, but you still need to be somewhat discreet.

“One of the best gyms in southern Cali!”
I travel a lot for work and have been to many gyms across the country. This one is truly excellent. It has lots of well-maintained weights and equipment in a very large open layout. The staff is very friendly and has no attitude, which is rare. The place is clean, well maintained, and stays cool in the summer when it's hot outside. Plus, the guys are really attractive and easy to chat with. I've even gotten a couple dates there over the years. Overall, I highly recommend this place; you'll get a good workout and have fun.

“Lot Of Hotties”
I went there once because I needed to stretch and felt tight. Great place with lots of beautiful young bodies.
