I stayed here last year and found it pleasant with good service, but there was an excessive layer of dust on the air vent and some flaky-looking debris on the desk and chair, which didn't sit well with me. Aside from that, the location is quite central, with many excellent restaurants nearby, including one of my favorites in DC, DC Coast, directly across the street.
