“great price and convenient location”
This hotel is affordable and close to the gay neighborhood. Everyone is very welcoming, and the pool is excellent.

“Dated, but Affordable”
The hotel has a good location and reasonable prices. Staff are friendly, and you can easily get around to nearby neighborhoods like Dupont and Logan or to P Street. The Metro is just four blocks away. There's also a pool for the hot summer months. However, the interior and rooms feel quite outdated, and the doors don't offer strong security. MAL is held there every year.
