“Lose points for no early check in”
The rooms at the Grand Hyatt are quite nice, and the beds are comfortable. The food is also well-prepared if you eat at any of the restaurants. However, my main frustration was that the hotel wasn't very flexible with early check-in. One of my travel companions got a room when we arrived at 3:00 PM, but I and another companion were told our rooms wouldn't be ready until after 4:00 PM. The Grand Hyatt should be more equitable in this regard and better prepared for guests accustomed to checking in at 3:00 PM at other fine hotels.
