“Really beautiful hotel.. but...”
For a four-star hotel, it falls short. It seems to aim for the level of the hotel across the street but doesn't reach it. While using the hotel's car service, another vehicle cut us off at a traffic light, and our driver actually got out to confront that driver. I found this very unprofessional and a clear example of road rage. I was simply let down that we didn't choose the other hotel.
