“Memory Lane”
I've been drawn to the Boston Park Plaza ever since my first day living in the city, which is quite a while now since I'm a born and raised local. I've seen it decorated for every holiday, walked past it daily on my way to school just up Arlington Street, and enjoyed my 15-minute coffee breaks there while working as a metermaid for the city for many years. So there are countless reasons I love this place—Boston just wouldn't be the same without it.

“The location was perfect.”
The room decor was attractive and we truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, spotless, and neat. The location was perfect. The complimentary bottled water in the mini-fridge and the coffee machine in the lobby were wonderful touches. The rooms are large, impeccably clean, with plasma screen televisions and big windows that open. There was a nice television in the room. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

“The reception and concierge were delightful.”
The front desk and concierge were delightful. The facilities like the gym and sauna were excellent, and room service was great with bathrobes provided in every room. The restaurant was elegant. The bar was good with a nice crowd. I really enjoyed watching soccer matches at Red Sox. It was a joy to see those games and then have lunch with new friends in the beautiful Boston Park Plaza dining room.

“Every time there is something new or innovations.”
I would say old is gold! Although the hotel is old, everything is still very beautiful and well-maintained. Every time there's something new or an innovation. Also, since it's located in the city center, I was very comfortable going wherever we wanted. A great all-around choice.

“The hotel location and staff is great.”
I don't have anything negative to say about the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. The location and staff are great. The lobby area is very beautiful and artistically designed. The beds are fresh and very comfortable. In the bathrooms, there was a warm shower and a nice bathtub. The rooms were very clean and had Keurig coffee makers. It was a pleasant stay.
