“Your Ptown splurge”

This is the spot to go when you want to treat yourself to a fancy dinner in Ptown. The place is full of quaint historic touches, like the big fireplace you see right when you enter. Arrive early to have a drink on the patio overlooking the beautiful Ptown waterfront, and relax in one of the charming white rocking chairs while taking in the view. The food and service are excellent, and you should definitely try the lobster and artichoke fondue.

“Higher end P-town experience”

I've eaten at the Red Inn twice and both times the meal was fantastic. Some people say the menu isn't very creative, and I agree it's more traditional with seafood, chicken, meat, and veggies or potatoes, but everything is cooked perfectly and well-prepared, and the service is wonderful. Go around sunset for the great views, or sit on the deck for a drink. It's about a 15-minute walk from town, so either plan to walk or take a cab.

“The worst in P-Town”

Don't go here. The service is awful and they don't welcome gay customers. There are plenty of better places to spend your money while on vacation in P-Town.

“How Charming!”

I had seen reviews saying the service was a bit snooty, but I didn't find that at all. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the view was amazing. What a wonderful place for dinner. You might want to have a drink on the deck before eating. Definitely make a reservation and enjoy. Also, leave early because it's a bit of a walk from the center of Ptown.
