“awesome gay friendly staff”
This hotel is really neat. It's located right in the center of the gay area. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming to gay and lesbian visitors. It's very contemporary and has a nice bar. They currently have a great promotion called Stay Gay.

“Buyer Beware - Awful Place, Overcharges”
I was overcharged twice during a three-night stay at this hotel. They initially quoted $400 for the three nights, but then charged me $580 just for the rooms and also tried to charge me $1154.25 late on a Friday because of a faulty sprinkler that went off in the room. They couldn't shut off the water and attempted to bill me for it, hoping I wouldn't notice the charge quickly. I disputed it, but be warned, this place is terrible.

“Good location”
This isn't a luxury hotel, but it is clean and comfortable. The best part is that it's within walking distance to bars, the inner harbor, and most Baltimore tourist spots. The price is reasonable for the location as well.
