“Some wear & tear”
This hotel really needs updates. Walls are scuffed, carpets have stains, and there was even a cigarette burn on the duvet cover despite my room being non-smoking. Still, it is clean. Also, you can get a room here on the Priceline site by bidding $45 per night.

“Perfectly situated”
The location is great if you're going to a baseball game, and it's close enough to walk to several gay bars. However, the late-night service was terrible for a Hyatt, and I reported it to corporate.
