“4 Tarnished Stars”
I'm like that guy from Up In The Air, basically living in hotels, so I notice details and know what standards should be. This hotel doesn't meet its 4-star rating. I just arrived and already have complaints: valet parking without full in/out privileges, front desk staff couldn't recommend shopping, a request for an extension cord (since there's only one outlet in the room) got me a greasy industrial mess from the basement, and while any stranger can use the elevators, pizza delivery people aren't allowed to come to your room. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, good for yoga before going out. Overall, I'm glad I got it through a discount service instead of paying full price.
