The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we had a very large room. It was a great spot to enjoy the 39th gay district, since you can go from bar to bar without worrying about driving or needing a ride. They are currently remodeling, with completion expected by June 2020 in time for pride events.

“great place”
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I had a wonderful time. You can party as much as you want and not have to worry about driving after drinking.

“The Worst !!!”
Stay away from this place. It's filthy, and I wasn't expecting luxury. No wonder it's a rundown, deserted dump. Rude staff. The internet is extremely slow. A security guard acknowledged the issue and suggested using a smartphone. The manager the next morning dismissed the employee's comment, saying employees say anything to avoid work. Terrible customer service, no apology. I'd rather stay at the Bates Motel than come back here.

“A Pleasant Experience”
I just got back from four days at the Habana Inn and I will definitely stay there again. The rates are very reasonable for everything the complex offers, and the staff was extremely pleasant, both on the phone during reservation and in person at check-in and check-out. The room decor was outdated, but I wasn't looking for aesthetics, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning daily. For a weekend, the complex was fairly quiet, and I felt safe at any hour on the grounds. Most of the crowd during off-peak times were men, with women mostly appearing during party hours, but there was a good mix and positive atmosphere in both the Copa and Frontline clubs.
