“Not that far from village”
It's a nice 10-15 minute walk to the village. The rooms are spacious, with kitchenettes, nicely renovated bathrooms, a huge walk-in closet, and nearby dining options like a TGIF, an Irish pub, and an Asian restaurant either close by or on site. Breakfast is no longer included. The rooftop pool is fun, but the water is cold.

“Really good rates.”
I've stayed at the Windsor three times in 2009. Overall, the hotel is clean, and the staff is very warm and attentive to detail. I believe all the rooms have a kitchenette. Though the Windsor is located on the parkway, I prefer to be a bit away from the city center to have minimal difficulty falling asleep; I can understand why its location may not please everyone. The breakfast is not buffet-style, but they do have a waffle maker, which manages to bring smiles.
