“Discourteous and Arrogant”

If you plan to stay here and get delayed during travel, you will absolutely be locked out. Airline delays, traffic jams, road construction—none of it matters. Being late means you're out of luck. The host keeps your money and you're left on the street. My wife and I paid good money to stay here but were delayed by road construction. The host simply told us we would be locked out. He suggested we could sleep in the car if we wanted, but he was going to bed. I have never experienced an establishment that didn't have some kind of arrangement like a combination door lock or lockbox—anything—beyond leaving two women to fend for themselves in the middle of Pittsburgh at 10:30 PM. I can't comment on the inside because I would never go back there.
