“Customer Service Made Up for a Big Issue”
My partner and I stayed at the Hyatt Downtown in Austin just before New Year's 2010. Overall, we really liked the hotel. We got a nice room with a large bed and an excellent view of the downtown skyline. We did run into a fairly big problem that might have stopped us from staying with Hyatt again, but their customer service handled it so well that we've come back since. If you want a hotel close to Sixth Street and don't mind walking across the bridge, the Hyatt is a good choice.
