About

La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizzeria isn't just a pizzeria; it's a one-stop shop for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and groceries. This Central Phoenix spot combines a boutique market, a bottle shop, a pizza and sushi sit-down restaurant, and a bakery under one roof. Known for its grab-and-go style, it's a local staple for fresh-made food. The daily house made sushi and gourmet breakfast offerings set it apart from typical pizza joints.

The space operates seamlessly from 6:30 AM to 10 PM, so you can grab a quick breakfast sandwich, pick up wine for dinner, or enjoy pizza on weekends. You'll find Tammie Coe desserts and a gelateria onsite. Some reviews note inconsistent service at the pizzeria, but the store and bakery staff are delightful. For another neighborhood option, try Hula's Modern Tiki .

“Store great...pizzeria RUDE!!!”

The staff at the store and bakery is truly lovely, and the place and food are excellent. I had a light breakfast there one morning, so I was looking forward to having dinner at the Pizzeria three nights later. However, when I arrived, the hostess rolled her eyes, sighed, and said, 'You know, you COULD sit at the bar. Then I won't have to seat you.' I was put off by that, so I left and won't return, but I will keep going to the store.

“Great Food in a Casual Gay Friendly Atsmosphere”

La Grande Orange is actually multiple restaurants in one. It's excellent for a quick but gourmet breakfast, a sandwich or salad, or daily house-made sushi. It's also a small market with wine, other gourmet items, and some fun trinkets. They also have pizza nights on weekends. Plus, there's a gelato shop and a dessert counter, so you can always find something that fits your tastes.
