Downtown Sacramento's Fizz Champagne & Bubbles Bar sits right in the Downtown Commons, next to the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel. It's the only champagne bar in the Sacramento region, with over 40 Champagnes and sparkling wines from around the world. The vibe is casual but refined, attracting a 20-something crowd for flights, bottles, or glasses. Owner Raymond James Irwin founded it in 2018 after globe-trotting for fizzy inspiration. Over 95% of its investors live in Sacramento, and more than half are women.
Fizz has a full bar, outdoor seating, and happy hour. It's dog friendly and takes reservations. Duck fat fries are a popular snack for pairing.
