The menu focuses on authentic Japanese flavors. It's conveniently located close to Noe and Market. Hours are limited to Tuesday through Saturday, 4:30pm to 8:30pm. Go early or expect a wait. It's a quiet alternative to the bar scene nearby.

“a hidden gem”
Near Books Inc on Market Street, downstairs and toward the back, a glass greenhouse wall conceals an excellent sushi spot. Great ingredients, friendly owner and staff, a taste of Japan, and reasonably priced.

“Delicious Sushi...”
Anyone who loves sushi should definitely try this place. Prices are fair and it's in a great location near the Castro district. The sushi chefs are actually from Japan, so the food is authentic.
