“Cockroach Surprise, Horrbile Service & Owner”
We just left Kickbacks with a terrible experience. A cockroach jumped from the wall onto our menu and we killed it inside the menu. If our food had arrived, it would have been right where the cockroach was. The manager said this happens often and did not take anything off our bill. This is absolutely my last time at Kickbacks, and I'll tell everyone about the health issues and bad service. Update: The owner defended the cockroach, saying about 1 in 10 customers see them. He was annoyed I didn't handle it privately, but he said he already knew and was okay with the poor service we got.
