About

Seasons 52 stands out among Orlando restaurants by rotating its menu to highlight what's locally sourced each season, ensuring the freshest ingredients possible. Located on Restaurant Row along Sand Lake Road, this Darden-owned spot offers a lake view and calorie-counted entrees, many under 500 calories, appealing to health-conscious diners. The wine list rivals any fine-dining venue in town, and the outdoor seating makes it a pleasant choice for a relaxed meal.

The vibe is upscale but not stuffy, drawing a mix of business diners and couples. Prices run $15-25 per plate, though some reviewers note grilled chicken dishes can be underwhelming. Stick with seafood or seasonal specials for the best experience. Hours run 11:30am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday, extending to 11pm on Friday and Saturday.

“Seasons 1~Sodium”

After finishing my Grilled Swordfish for $25.95, I asked for and drank a 14-ounce glass of water. I needed another 16 ounces at another place before feeling able to have alcohol. Attractive setting and attractive crowd, but definitely not gay. And definitely not healthy food either.

“Like it and reasonable”

This restaurant is on a popular dining strip in Orlando. It is part of a large restaurant group. The food is fresh and changes with the seasons. A highlight is that entrees have their calories listed and many are 500 calories or less. Service is good and there is a lovely view of the lake. Prices run about $15 to $20 per plate and the food is generally well made, though I would skip the chicken dishes because they taste like cheap chain chicken. Everything else has been tasty.
