“Not that great!”
We agree with the previous comment. The bread was mediocre and had a cardboard-like texture. Staff and management didn't want to discuss it. Since this is a tourist area, they probably assume no one will return anyway.

“Bread and Ice Cystals”
It's really disappointing to pay a high price for a defrosted, low-quality item. This place seems to have switched to making large batches and freezing them, and the final product suffers as a result. I tried talking to the manager about it twice, but she got rude and defensive and told me to go somewhere else. Fine with me—I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
