Very boring. Only white people on the bar side. The restaurant part is fine.

“Terrible food and staff”
I have visited Pronto multiple times for both dinner and drinks, and each time I leave more disappointed. The food came out cold and the table was dirty. At the bar, I waited 15 minutes for service while the staff flirted with younger customers instead of making our drinks. The bar staff's attitude was poor. The only person without a bad attitude was a guy named Chad. Otherwise, it was a waste of my time and money.

“WAY TO LOUD and charged me for more than what I consumed”
I was enjoying myself until 10pm when they turned up the volume. I couldn't hear my friend sitting across from me, only a foot away. Do not pay with credit cards; this is the third time they charged me more than I spent and didn't believe me. I later found the bartender added $10 extra to the tip.

This was over a year ago. Take the first booth when you enter the front door. It's the best booth in the place with a great view of everything.

“Too Old!”
Beyond the restaurant side of Pronto, the bar area caters to the gay community. If you want an older crowd, you've found the right place. If you're younger and looking for a younger crowd, keep searching. I was disappointed because I hoped for a younger crowd or at least a mix of ages. It was all older guys who kept staring at anyone young who walked in. It could be a great neighborhood spot if management modernized it. It's stuck in time with no signs of progress, from the music and video selection to the lack of theme nights. Pronto will age along with most of its patrons.
