About

Brasa Premium Rotisserie is best for budget-conscious diners who want hearty, soul-satisfying food in a casual setting. The signature meats are rotisserie chicken, slow-cooked pork shoulder, and braised beef, each paired with two sides for around $12.

The dining room is small and always busy, so expect a wait—and skip large groups since there are no reservations. Outdoor seating is available when weather permits. A reviewer called the greens 'the very BEST,' and the crowd is mixed gay and straight. Nearby Glam Doll Donuts makes a fun post-dinner stop.

Located in the Warehouse District, Brasa is a short walk from other dining and nightlife options in downtown Minneapolis.

You have to wait to be seated until everyone in your group has arrived, which is really frustrating.

“Local ingredients + slow rotisserie cooked = WOW!”

The food is fantastic. I recommend getting a plate for one, picking your favorite meat like rotisserie chicken, pork, or beef, choosing two sides (the greens were the best I've ever had), and you'll pay around $12. It's always crowded when I visit, and the dining room is small, so expect a wait and don't bring a large group since they don't take reservations. But the food is absolutely worth it.
