About

Bar: Full bar

This isn't your grandma's Southern cooking, even if she was from Asheville. Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar in downtown Asheville serves chef-inspired takes on mountain classics, with a focus on responsibly sourced ingredients. The vibe is casual and welcoming, mixing locals and visitors. It's a full bar with craft cocktails and local beers, plus outdoor seating that's dog friendly.

Happy hour runs weekdays, and you'll want a reservation for dinner crowds. Brunch is big here, served until 2pm on weekends. The space gets busy, so early arrivals have an edge. If you're exploring downtown, Biscuit Head is another local brunch favorite worth a walk.

Tupelo Honey sits in Downtown Asheville, a walkable area packed with shops, galleries, and restaurants. You can easily make a day of exploring the neighborhood before or after your meal.
