For over forty years, Joe Allen (along with its locations in cities such as the French capital, the English capital, and the Canadian capital) has been providing dependable American cuisine at fair prices. If you go during lunch, you might even find Joe himself at the bar. The walls are decorated with posters from famous theatrical failures. Visit after a show, and you might find the performers you just watched sitting at the next table. Reservations are necessary before Wednesday matinees and every evening before performances start. However, if you arrive at 8:15 PM, you can always get a table.
