Finn's Restaurant, a historic spot opened in 1952, has moved from the top of Parley's Way to Sugar House, Salt Lake City's gay neighborhood. I love how fresh, casual, and calming it is, with simple but stunning decor—big windows, plenty of outdoor seating, and blonde wood floors and ceilings. The food is excellent, fresh rather than greasy or overcooked. You can pick traditional dishes like wiener schnitzel or fresh grilled trout, or just stop by for a danish, fresh-baked bread and coffee, or a smoothie. This place is fantastic!
