Out of the Closet - Wilton Manors (HIV Testing)

“NEVER purchase more than clothing there, if that,,,,”

It is disappointing to see a major appliance sold here without support. Initially, I was told Out of the Closet does not offer delivery, so it was hard to fit a refrigerator in my car. They gave me a card for a delivery person. The item worked in the store, but after delivery it does not work, and they said there is no warranty or anything. So this is a warning about Out of the Closet: they will take your money and not help you, and fixing it costs more than I paid for it. There should be some guarantee that a major purchase works, especially when delivered by someone they recommended and gave me a card for. Now I have two refrigerators, one working and one from the Wilton Drive store that does not. I will have to give it away with a sign about how I was cheated, wasting good money. The attitude of employees made it worse. I have shopped here before and found good deals, but I would never advise anyone to buy anything more than a shirt or shorts, as they do not back up their sales and take your money without care.

“Best place for good buys and support a good cause”

I visit this store at least once a week and enjoy it. The prices are excellent, and I always find something surprising.
