Honestly, the premium outlet is a better choice.

“Afternoon Exploration”
The name might mislead you. It isn't only expensive fashion stores, and even chains like Nordstrom and Macy's offered excellent deals when I visited during July. At least here I could find clothes and shopping meant for everyday people with realistic budgets.
