“Why not try the Opera,LA has a great Opera Company”

An excellent opera company. I'm not an expert, but I really enjoy it and once bought a season pass, catching some amazing performers. My first live opera was in Vienna, and I was hooked—I made my partner sit through a whole season, though he hasn't suffered that in a while. After seeing a contestant on a talent show, I might bring him back; he tolerates certain composers or works sung in a specific language. The venue is the stunning Dorothy Chandler Pavilion downtown.
