As the most attended regional theatre in New York State, Geva Theatre Center draws over 160,000 patrons each year. Founded in 1972, it stages up to 12 productions annually on two intimate stages (520 and 180 seats). Alumni include Robert Downey Jr., Samuel L. Jackson, and Josh Brolin. With full-time staff building everything locally, it offers a distinctly Rochester experience. The venue is LGBTQ+ friendly and a cornerstone of the city's arts scene.
