About

In Chadds Ford, the Brandywine River Museum displays collections of three generations of Wyeths and other illustrators in a converted 19th century grist mill. It's a museum and gallery that also gives access to N. C. Wyeth's house and studio, plus the Kuerner Farm that inspired much of Andrew Wyeth's work. The wildflower-filled grounds are lovely to explore. The museum is open daily except Tuesday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. If you're exploring the area, it pairs well with a visit to Longwood Gardens , another nearby attraction. Check hours before you go.
