About
In Northcentral San Antonio, Artpace is a not-for-profit arts organization and one of the world's premiere artist residencies. Founded in 1995, it brings together nine artists each year from around the globe to create new contemporary works. The space is always free and open to the public, with a focus on experimentation and innovation.
You'll find rotating exhibitions tied to the residency program. Free wifi is available. For more local art, check out Blue Star Contemporary Art nearby. Weekday afternoons tend to be quieter, giving you space to engage with the work.
