About

Bar: Full barBest nights: Thu, Fri, Sat

The crowd here is a playful mix of 20-somethings through 50-somethings, plus a healthy blend of queer and straight folks who came for a spectacle. This is Can Can Culinary Cabaret, an intimate 120-seat dinner theatre inside Pike Place Market that's been running since 2005. The venue produces different themed shows throughout the year, from a naughty holiday show and Hitchcock tribute to a Dolly Parton fantasy burlesque. It's a cocktail lounge, performance venue, and French-inspired restaurant all in one, with a menu built from ingredients sourced from neighboring Market vendors.

You'll want to book a reservation, especially on weekends, since the space is small and shows sell out. Tickets are required for theater seating, but you can also grab a drink and small plates at the bar. The venue is dog friendly on the outdoor patio, and the full bar stays open late on Fridays and Saturdays. Expect live entertainment that's equal parts camp and craft.

Can Can is inside Pike Place Market, one of Seattle's most iconic and tourist-heavy neighborhoods. The market's narrow cobblestone streets and view of Puget Sound set the stage for this tucked-away cabaret.

Such a fun experience. Found this hidden gem in Pike Place, which is usually very touristy. The unique venue puts on various themed shows throughout the year, like a naughty holiday performance, a tribute to Alfred Hitchcock, and a Dolly Parton-inspired burlesque. Plus, the food was surprisingly delicious.
