Museum of Pop Culture
Roll through rock's history and the history of pop culture.
About
Daily hours are 10 am to 7 pm (unconfirmed), so plan around that if you're in Queen Anne. This Frank Gehry-designed museum, founded by Paul Allen, covers rock history and pop culture artifacts. Exhibits include a guitar gallery with stories behind the music. Note that some visitors report high prices and mixed exhibit quality, so set expectations accordingly.

“Don't Bother”
Stay away from this venue if you can. They overcharge for everything, the exhibits are only so-so, and the gift shop has very little to offer. If you want to eat at their restaurant, you have to pay another $20 or so per person just to get in. Once you're there, the food is overcooked and way too expensive. A hamburger cost around $13 and felt like chewing on a rubber tire. This place is essentially a waste of taxpayer money from the area.
