“hometown favorite”

Every time I'm in Tucson I make a point to go here because the wide variety of men hanging out in the afternoon or evening is great. I appreciate how friendly the locals are and the overall vibe. The drinks are good with nice specials and happy hour. It's a comfortable spot where everyone is welcome.

“Leather-Lite - But Often Fun as Hell”

This is what gay bars used to be like. No pretension, friendly, diverse crowd, sometimes sexually charged and other times dull. It can be hit or miss, or sloppy drunk. Sometimes it's quiet and staid, other times hot and raunchy. Basically, it's whatever you make of it when you're there. Because of my interests, I especially like the 10-12 midnight window. Guys are tipsy and losing inhibitions, thinking more with their lower head. I always seem to have a good time there. Maybe some guilt the next morning, but isn't that what a fun gay bar should make you feel?

“Bad customer service”

Seriously, you kick someone out just for ordering water? Even when those same three friends were buying drinks. What if that person was the designated driver? It seems the bartender doesn't belong in this industry. Stay classy Tucson. This is based on what my friend went through there yesterday. That's not how you run a successful business.

“Venture-N”

Nothing but good people and fun. If you're looking for twinks, this isn't the place. The crowd is more mature, in behavior at least. While it's called a 'leather' bar, I don't think it has that vibe. It's more relaxed, with no drag. Things are simple here, not many frills. Just a simple, nice place to hang out. I can't believe how many people I've met there.

Lots of friendly people here, including the staff, since I'm the janitor too.
