“THE R&R LOUNGE IS GREAT FUN AND SAFE!!!!”
Cheers to R&R Lounge! I'm proud to have always had many safe and fun times with my friends there for years. I had a great time with my friends and out-of-town family at PRIDE 2015 last weekend. Over the years and in the future, my friends and I have spent and will continue to spend many thousands of dollars there. We're honored to enjoy many more great times in a safe environment at your bar. Again, congratulations on keeping your customers safe and happy! My hundreds of friends and I hope you had a very profitable and happy 40th anniversary Denver Pride celebration for 2015. We also wish you and your honest staff a safe and profitable summer. My hundreds of friends and I will surely be in this weekend to celebrate the landslide Supreme Court decision on marriage equality for all gay people. The decision should have come many decades ago. I constantly have dozens of friends and family visiting each month, and I always refer them to your great establishment for fine drinks and a stellar, safe atmosphere. “Fun neighborhood bar to have drinks and play darts”
This place is full of regulars. It's a nice spot for a quiet drink and to sit and hang out. If you like darts, aside from Wrangler, this is the best place. Staff is friendly, drinks are reasonably priced and mixed well. It's hit or miss though; sometimes it feels kind of lonely, other times it has a good mix of attractive people. It needs a makeover and better lighting. Paint and new lighting would go a long way. It's bright enough, just the wrong type for relaxing. Still, it's a good place to hang out. I always have fun there. It's located more in the Mayfair area rather than actual Capitol Hill, but it's right on Colfax so it's easy to find. Plenty of side street parking. The more people that go there, the better it gets. It's fun, you can't go wrong for a quick drink some evening, and that's what this bar is good for: a place to hang on any weekday evening with some friends.
