“it's seriously one of the nicest, best looking bars we've been to... Kansas?? Wtf?”

We stayed nearby and visited all the gay bars, most were total dives, but this place was awesome and fun with hilarious staff. Any negative review had to be from a rival bar, and you'll see why when you go to those. Anyway, we've decided this is our go-to for hot guys and good food when we visit. One bartender was really attractive. The patio is amazing, and there's an outdoor pool table, which is impressive.

“So much bitter on here...”

You should check it out. Decent food and a nice vibe make it a regular spot for many bar-goers. It gets crowded after 11, but that's because it's popular. I'm glad the gossipy types dislike it so they stay away.

“McDonald's Play Room”

I agree with some other reviews. The bartenders are way too young to understand running a business. They seem more focused on fixing their hair, fooling around, and hitting on people for hookups. I heard the owner was caught having sex in the kitchen during open hours, so I didn't order food after that. Rain may be the newest gay bar, but it's far from the best. It doesn't even feel like a gay bar with all the straight women and walk-ins from other bars nearby, so you never know what kind of crowd you'll get. Drinks are overpriced. And if you call yourself a dance club, you need a dance floor bigger than 10x10. Also, tell the bartenders they aren't as cute as they think they are.

“All that glitters....”

The interior looks nice, but the bartenders' attitude ruins the place. I was really surprised and disappointed by how rude a young man and a woman (who kept mentioning she was from Seattle, as if anyone cares) were. When there are only three customers and you have to keep asking for another beer, something's wrong. I gave this place a few chances and I'm done. You won't find a fun night out here.

“OMG”

I can say the atmosphere is great with lots of people on weekends, but if you want to keep customers, the staff needs to stay focused. Waiting in line for a drink while bartenders mess around is bad customer service, even during slow times like 7pm on a Sunday. Try getting dinner with three bartenders there. Good luck.
