This bar is amazing. Where else can you walk in at 2:30 in the afternoon and see a man in a schoolgirl outfit, another person with a green leaf hat and a dress that says 'GO GREEN' on the back, and a third guy with a blue mohawk, rhinestones on his head, and a leather kilt. The atmosphere is wildly entertaining and totally unique.
