“WHERE THE BOYS ARE”
MaineStreet is a place you have to check out when you're in Ogunquit! My partner and I live in Old Orchard Beach and we adore this spot. It has a great layout with multiple bars. Drinks are expensive but strong and worth it. No cover charge. The bartenders are really attractive. The upper outdoor deck is nicely done with a good view of Main Street and the ocean breeze. It's a fantastic place to meet people and friends. If you see me, please say hello.

“Don't Bother, just another gay dive”
This is the kind of gay dive bar you came on vacation to escape. There's a front porch, but it's right on the main road with traffic just a few feet away. It's dark and similar to most gay bars you've visited. You can go, but don't anticipate much. It really depends on what you're after.

“this is as good as it gets in Ogunquit”
You come here for the beach, but you should visit Maine Street while you're already here. I went yesterday and met the friendliest bartender, some locals, and two actors from the local playhouse (one cute guy who will go far). I listened and danced to a lot of Gaga songs. I ended up spending much more than the one drink I planned. It makes sense that this is the go-to place in Ogunquit. The cops in the corner are cute—actually super hot too. I wonder if they are gay.

“A Must in Maine”
Visiting MaineStreet for the first time last summer was a wonderful surprise for us. We've been to New York, Provincetown, Las Vegas, and Florida, but this was the best club of all for my partner and me. The music was great, the drinks were extraordinary, and the people were the friendliest. It's a must while in Ogunquit, Maine.

“Great Place!”
We've been going to Ogunquit for several years, and the Maine Street bar is always pleasant. It has an outdoor patio area for people watching. It's located right downtown, within walking distance to most gay-owned B&Bs, all the shopping, the gay beach, and Perkins Cove.
