“Lots of Fun”
Talented performers deliver excellent drag burlesque, plus comedy from the host. They're young but have an old-school drag attitude and aren't apologetic about having fun.

I hadn't been back to Detroit in years. When I returned, I chose to revisit Gigi's and was shocked by how much it has turned into a ghetto booty style bar, which I was fine with even though I prefer club/house music. I did my usual thing when going out alone: kept to myself. I enjoyed the drag show a bit, though the strippers were too skinny for my taste. A short, round bouncer came up to me and started screaming at me to get out of the hallway, where I had been hanging out most of the night. I moved inside and off to the side, and was pulling out money to tip the drag queen performing when the bouncer came at me again, yelling that I couldn't stand in the doorway (which I wasn't) and then screamed that I needed to step up and give the queen the money. I looked at him, put my money away, and left. Mission accomplished. He clearly wanted me out for some reason, so I left. If I were still the person I used to be, I would have confronted him both verbally and physically. It's disgraceful when staff treat paying customers like someone who rejected them. Someday I'll return with a group and dare him to approach me the same way. Disgusting person.
