If Escape is the nearest thing to a women's bar in this city, that's disappointing. It feels outdated and misogynistic, with greasy fried food. I wish it were owned by more progressive and open-minded women. That said, if you fit their expected look, they're fairly friendly. It's just another sports bar in a city full of them. Try something different. Don't bring your mother. Drinks are strong.
